GoodnessMe Box

GoodnessMe Box

GoodnessMe Box is famed for its immersive Wholefood Markets and they’ve quadrupled in size by popular demand at The Grounds of Alexandria on 8th and 9th November, for two full days and evenings, at just $35.00 a ticket.

The event will be held at the stunning Grounds of Alexandria. A cool inner-city hub which oozes fresh market vibes in a secret garden style wonderland, enticing visitors to discover, sample and shop in a wholesome and feel-good environment under the twinkling fairy lights. Last year the event sold out in just 30 minutes and now GoodnessMe Box have opened the event to over 3000 health-lovers, so numbers of attendees are expected to skyrocket this year! Especially as eating healthily is more than ever right at the top of people’s agendas.

This year it boasts a jam-packed schedule of influential speakers & cooking demos, including the likes of Luke Hines, Jessica Sepel, Melissa Ambrosini, Jacqueline Alwill – The Brown Paper Bag, Lyndi Cohen – The Nude Nutritionist, Leah Itsines, and many more. These speakers will be showcasing impressive cooking techniques and sharing their insights on how to live healthily and enjoy delicious and nutritious food.

The ideology behind the GoodnessMe Box, started by owner and founder Peta Shulman, is to provide boxes filled with only the highest quality health food products, courtesy of brands that want to share wholesome food with the world to fuel your body– that’s natural, GMO-free, clear of any artificial nasties and totally de-lish.

The GoodnessMe Box Wholefood Markets is an opportunity to ‘get inside the box’ if you will, and discover more about the brands that fill it each month, including favourites such as:  major sponsor Nuvia, Raw C, Zebra Dream ice cream, The Beauty Chef, BSKT Vegan chocolate, The Chia Co, Morlife, Foodie Fee and Bioglan, and many more.

One of the key speakers gearing up to appear at this year’s event, author of The Clean Living Cook, Luke Hines said,Coming on board with the team at GoodnessMe Box and their Wholefood Markets was a no brainer for me. They really embodied the same passion, commitment and enthusiasm for helping people live a happier and healthier life through enjoying real food. The reason I love working alongside the GMB team at these incredible market events is because I get the opportunity to prove eating healthy food should be fun, easy and delicious. Looking after ourselves is something we all should have the knowledge to achieve each and every day, and it is the tips people learn from these events that keep them on track. I definitely agree that eating well is not just a trend or a fad, it is a lifestyle choice that we believe is here to stay!”

Creator and founder of the GoodnessMe Box event, Peta Shulman said, “The real heart and soul behind the event is about empowering visitors to take control of their health and be inspired to make better food choices. Eating healthy is fun and delicious and this is exactly why the food stalls will surprise you. While managing my autoimmune condition I discovered how powerful food can be for our overall health and this is exactly what I hope each and every person walks away with”
