We tried this one on our recent trip to the Woollahra store (134 Queen St) and found it to be a beast of a burger. A fluffy, buttered, fresh milk bun filled with lettuce, hand-sliced tomatoes, a ground-in-house patty made from locally sourced beef mince with bacon, cheese, beetroot and a dollop of Chargrill Charlie’s secret special sauce. Generously sized, highly filling and absolutely delicious.
