SOFI Spritz

SOFI is a local girl with international tastes; an all-Australian white wine spritzer mixed to a classic Mediterranean recipe. Locally grown Riesling grapes, blood orange, herbal extracts and citrus zest are blended to create a crisp, bitter-sweet alternative for those of us looking for something a little more complex.

Founder, Tommy Maclean, said he was inspired by the European tradition of enjoying a spritz in the afternoon as an Aperitivo and was eager to make the most of the excellent wine produced in abundance here in Australia.

With all-natural ingredients SOFI is feminine and delicate. Enjoyed straight from the chilled 200ml bottle or over ice with a fresh slice of lime, SOFI is perfect for any occasion, be it a movie night with the girls or a lazy afternoon picnic. SOFI is designed to spritz up the moment, whatever that moment might be.
